Lincy is very professional and her responses are very quick... read more . She makes sure that we have the exact itinerary that we are looking for. Our Thailand trip was wonderfully executed by her . We never had any issues with respect to tour guide or Delay in reaching a place. As soon as we arrived in the airport the tour Coordinator was present. So we were never confused on where to go or what to do. They were always before time and present in the hotel lobby is in the airport or wherever the pick up was planned for us. She even guided us to get a Sim card as soon as we arrive. So all those information were very helpful for us. We are happy that we chose Lisabeth travels for our Thailand trip .
